Meet the 2026-2027 PTO Executive Board

 

Kristine Flythe

President

Mom of August in 6th grade, and Avery in 4th grade. Kristine is employed full time as a Director for New Boston Recreation. When not working Kristine fills her time as the President for PTO, and a volunteer chair of the Dunbarton Recreation Committee. While involved with many events, programs, and fun in the Dunbarton community she LOVES spending time with her family going to concerts, or other fun events!

Natalie Pelham-Starkey

Vice President

Natalie is mom of two kiddos Addison and Emerly. Addison is in first grade and Emerly is in Pre-k. She currently works as the Dunbarton Building Planning Zoning Administrator. She also heads the Dunbarton Children's Theater program. In her spare time she enjoys laughing with her family, cooking and making art.

Tiffany Palumbo

Secretary

Tiffany is mom of Evelyn in third grade. While new to Dunbarton in 2026, she spent most of her childhood here. She is a partner manager with Microsoft, and loves to travel for events. In her spare time, she loves going on adventures with Evelyn, spending time with friends and family , volunteering, and reading (a lot). She is also mom to Darla (dog), Midnight (cat), and Checkers (snake).

Jamie Demetry

Treasurer

Jamie is the mom to 3rd grader, Maddie, and 1st grader, Kendall. She works as a Business Support Manager for MKB Company in Bow and enjoys being involved in the school and community. She loves being outdoors and spending time with family and friends.

Deanna Zanella

Webmaster & Social Media At-Large

Deanna is the mom of a DES 6th grader, Camden, and two recent BHS graduates, Lili and Noah. When not volunteering with the PTO, she is the Associate Vice President of Ceremonies & Protocol Officer at Southern New Hampshire University. In her spare time, she loves reading, traveling and concerts.

Jenna Carmichael

Webmaster & Social Media-Elect

Jenna is the mom to Kali, DES 2nd grader.  She is the Principal Broker, Owner of Capital City Realty and president of the Capital Region Board of Realtors. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family, attending community events, relaxing at the beach, or watching a good movie.
